What is a public adjuster?
Public Adjusters are experts on property loss adjustment who are retained by policyholders to assist in preparing, filing and adjusting insurance claims. Employed exclusively by a policyholder who has sustained an insured loss, these professionals manage every detail of the claim, working closely with the insured to provide the most equitable and prompt settlement possible. A public adjuster inspects the loss site immediately, analyzes the damages, assembles claim support data, reviews the insured’s coverage, determines current replacement costs and exclusively serves the client, not the insurance company.

See what our clients have to say about us!
The people you never thought you needed and then when you do are SO glad you found them. Bryan and the whole team literally guided us through every step of the process after our home had hail and wind damage. They had the best recommendations and were attentive and responsive. Brian often checked back in with me even just to see how I was doing. Can't tell you how much I appreciated there help! Our insurance tried to tell us that there isn’t any damage that they are responsible for, then Brian got involved and got the insurance company to take responsibility and replace the damage. Couldn't recommend them enough. 100 stars!
This company helped us replace our roof that our insurance company was denying. They went to bat for us and got it done! I am extremely happy with the service we received. Chris was our go to guy on this and he went above and beyond even went out of his way to personally drive over our check to get things moving faster. Not too many people and companies go out of their way lately to help you and they did. We are very impressed.

The only way to know if you have a covered loss is to read through the policy. You can call your agent and ask them, or you can give us a call and we will do a policy review for you.
Your deductible is what you will have to pay out of pocket on any property claim you file. It is the same thing as paying a co pay when you go do a doctors visit.
- Before you sign our agreement we will do an inspection of the loss, review your policy/claims documents and explain your options to you. We will also let you know how we can be of most benefit for you and your claim.
- Once signed up, we will create a full claims report that will be sent to your insurance company. This report will include a comprehensive document portfolio supporting your position.
- We will schedule any re-inspections and meet with your insurance company to go over our findings and answer any questions they have.
- We will negotiate with your insurance company and use all your policy provisions to get you the money you deserve.
We make doing business easy. We charge on a contingency basis, earning a pre-agreed apon percentage of the settlement. If we do not increase your claim you do not pay us. Its that simple.
There is a huge myth within the industry that if you cash an insurance check then you are accepting the insurance company’s offer.
This is not true at all, in fact it is better to cash the first check as it shows that coverage has been extended under the policy.
The only way to really “accept” the insurance company’s offer is to complete the work they have written for.
